50 CENT Says He Created Hit Series 'With the Wrong People'

Rapper and producer, 50 Cent, has expressed regret over building his TV empire at Starz. He has produced several hit shows for the network, including "Power" and "Black Mafia Family" over the past decade.

However, in a recent tweet, 50 Cent confessed that he wishes he had created his TV universe at a different network. He also revealed that he will no longer be adapting any more BMF spin-offs or selling any shows to Starz.

Despite his success at Starz, 50 Cent appears to be moving on. Earlier this year, he signed a non-exclusive broadcast deal with Fox, which will allow his production company, G-Unit Film & Television, to develop scripted dramas, live action comedies, and animated series.

These projects will be broadcast by Fox and produced by its in-house Fox Entertainment Studios, alongside 50 Cent's banner. In a statement, 50 Cent expressed excitement about the partnership with Fox, calling it a perfect broadcast destination for G-Unit Film & Television content, while their premium, streaming, scripted and non-scripted slates continue to grow in all directions.

I have the number 1,2,3, and 4 top Tv shows in African American, and Latina households and i hate that i did them with the wrong people. I’m not doing any BMF spin offs or selling any other shows to STARZ. ✌🏽GLG🚦GreenLightGang #bransoncognac #lecheminduroipic.twitter.com/65yBgYDpuZ
